Jesus is the best friend we can ever have in this life. He will never leave us or betray us. He is the only friend that will fully satisfy. In John 15:13 Jesus communicates how much he loves his friends when he states, "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends." This verse is referring to the sacrifice He made on our behalf for a chance for us to be saved for all eternity.
