This phrase does not come directly from scripture, but is all throughout scripture. The two verses that we immediately think of is 2 Corinthians 5:17, and (our company verse) Galatians 2:20.
2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone."
Galatians 2:20 says, "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."
